Recreation Fee Opportunities: Washington

Background: This is a good example of adaptive storytelling, as the primary request was to develop a finished product within a short, 24-hour timeframe, so that we could take advantage of an unplanned scheduling opportunity and make the case for an increase in recreation fees with the Governor of Washington. I was the principal author, and in addition to creating the graphics I also was responsible for layout and compliance.
